A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has exceeded more than one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in recent news eurovision weeks. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their impact on health and society.
Approximately 500 volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Full details about the campaign can be found here: Italy’s Drug Prevention Campaign Surpasses One Million Booklets Distributed in One Month.
